4. SERVICE DELIVERY
Certovia Limited will:
- Provide services professionally
- Exercise reasonable care and skill
- Act in accordance with applicable regulations
However, timelines may depend on third parties such as:
- Corporate Affairs Commission
- Regulatory agencies
5. NO GUARANTEE
Certovia Limited does not guarantee:
- Approval of applications
- Regulatory outcomes
- Business success
6. FEES
- Fees are agreed before engagement
- Payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed
- No work begins without payment
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information is handled confidentially, subject to legal obligations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Negotiation
- Mediation
- Courts in Nigeria (if necessary)
11. MODIFICATIONS
Certovia Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
